Self Exam

A good night's sleep is important for your well-being. Most people spend one third of their life asleep, it's very easy to see how the quality of your sleep directly affects the quality of your life.

 

Once diagnosed most sleep disorders can be corrected and/or treated.

 

This simple "self exam" is designed to alert you to any problems which may be affecting your quality of sleep.

I have been told that I snore Loudly.

I wake up gasping for breath or have been told I stop breathing when I sleep.

I feel sleepy or doze off while reading, watching TV, driving or doing other activities.

I have difficulty getting to sleep, waking frequently during the night or waking up too early and have trouble getting back to sleep 3 or more nights per week.

I experience "crawling's", tingling or aching sensations in my legs when trying to sleep.

My sleep feels interrupted (i.e. heartburn, nightmares, discomfort, pain, noises, other family members sleep difficulties, light or temperature)
